Alexandra Grund has extensive experience in various roles across marketing, retail, and customer relationship management. Currently, Alexandra serves as a Mitarbeiterin CRM at RCI Banque S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland since January 2022. Prior to this, Alexandra held positions at Sostrene Grene, working as a Werkstudent Einzelhandel and Aushilfe Einzelhandel from March 2019 to December 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing Assistant at Minoumi, engaging in online marketing, graphic design, and web design at dasherzallerliebste, and freelancing in web design with Yip Yips UG, all from March 2018 to February 2019. Furthermore, Alexandra contributed as a Studentische Hilfskraft in the Digital Marketing and Management department at Fachhochschule Aachen from October 2016 to February 2019. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Markt- und Medienforschung from Cologne University of Applied Sciences (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Media and Communications for Digital Business from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences (2015-2019).
