Vijay Manickam is an experienced quality and food safety professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager - Quality & Food Safety Team Leader at iD Fresh Food (India) Pvt. Ltd. since October 2016, Vijay oversees the Quality Management Food Safety system, ensures compliance with certification requirements, and leads internal and external audits. Previous roles include Senior Executive, Quality Assurance & Food Safety Team Leader, and Quality Control Executive at the same organization, where responsibilities included product inspections, customer complaint investigations, and adherence to safety regulations. Prior experience as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Benani Foods involved implementing HACCP-based food safety management systems.
