Anna Podolyak has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and project management. Anna started their career at MTBank in 2012 as a Specialist, where they were responsible for active sales and the conclusion of loan deals. Anna then transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst, where they implemented a corporate BI/DWH solution on the SAP BO platform.

In 2015, Anna joined IBA Group as a Senior Business Analyst and BI-developer. Anna worked on projects for the National Bank of The Republic of Belarus, conducting budget model and business processes analysis and optimization consulting. Anna also performed ATM network analysis on the SAP BO platform for BPS Sberbank.

Most recently, Anna has been working at ID Finance since 2016. Anna started as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, leading projects on microcrediting clients in Georgia. Anna then transitioned to a similar role in Kazakhstan, focusing on the microcrediting of clients. Anna'sresponsibilities included the registration process, CRM system integration, mobile app development, and credit policy implementation.

In their current role at ID Finance, Anna serves as the Business Analyst Team Lead, managing the scope of BA tasks and coordinating the work of analysts on the project.

Anna Podolyak earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Oracle 12c: Professional database development from SkillFactory in August 2013, and in Management, Marketing, Finances, Time-management, and Customer focus from the Institute of Business Technologies Atlant-М in January 2013.
