Niklas Lange has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Niklas currently works as a Software Development Engineer (Consultant) at NIBE AB since May 2022. Prior to that, they held similar roles at various companies including Ictech, ECARX Europe, Veoneer, ZENUITY, and CPAC Systems AB. At CPAC Systems AB, they worked as a System Engineer, Projektledare, and Software Engineer from July 2019 to February 2020. Niklas also has previous experience from their master's thesis and student internship at TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH + Co. KG, where they worked on projects related to post-processing programs and plotting tools. Additionally, they served as a Sjöbevakningsledare (part-time) at the Swedish Armed Forces from June 2010 to August 2014.

Niklas Lange attended the University of Stuttgart from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechatronics. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in System, Control & Mechatronics at Chalmers University of Technology. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Chalmers University of Technology from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
