Addishiwot Tadesse has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software development and networking. addishiwot started their career at ICtech as a Software Developer in September 2016. In 2018, they joined Ericsson as a Developer and worked there until August 2020. During this time, they also served as a Summer Intern at Ericsson in June-August 2016.
Before joining Ericsson, Addishiwot worked at Volvo Trucks as an Embedded Software Developer from September 2016 to February 2018. Prior to that, they worked at EthioTelecom as a Network Engineer from November 2009 to December 2013. addishiwot also took on the role of a Lecturer at EthioTelecom from November 2011 to November 2013, where they assisted in teaching engineering courses and providing guidance to students' research and community-based projects. Currently, Addishiwot is working on their master thesis at Ericsson, focusing on Openstack based cloud backup and restore.
Addishiwot Tadesse began their education at Mekelle University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. addishiwot then attended Addis Ababa University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Microelectronics Engineering. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they studied at Blekinge Institute of Technology and obtained a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering. In August 2016, they received certifications for intermediate and elementary Swedish fluency from Duolingo.
