Erich Brandt has extensive experience in business process engineering, operations management, and software development across various industries. Currently, Brandt serves as a Business Process Engineer at ICTC USA since April 2018, after holding roles such as IT Project Manager at Prestige Spa Covers and Operations and Logistics Support at HydroMassage, where significant improvements in automation and workflow integration were achieved. Brandt previously managed production and logistics at Gulf Fiberoptics, Inc., and owned Surgicam Technologies, L.L.C. Brandt possesses a BS in Computer Science from St. Petersburg College, complemented by an MCSE designation in Data Management Systems. Throughout the career, Brandt has consistently focused on process improvement, automation, and system integration.
