Surya Krishnan is a Certified Specialist in Data Science and Analytics at ICT Academy of Kerala since March 2019. Previously, Surya worked as a Customer Service Officer at Samsung from October 2015 to January 2016, where responsibilities included assisting customers with Samsung mobile devices and promoting product features. Additionally, Surya served as a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Academy of Science in 2013. Surya holds a Master’s Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Kerala (2012-2014) and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from the same institution (2010-2012).
