Andy Faulkner has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Andy started their career in 2000 as a Project Manager at Faulkner Construction, a commercial general contractor. Andy worked there until 2012, overseeing various construction projects. In 2001, Andy briefly worked as a Property Manager and Tenant Relations at Meadowland Shoppes. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Partner at On The Go Fitness. Since 2012, Andy has been with ICS, starting as a Program Manager and progressing to roles such as Project Director, Vice President of Construction, and Executive Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of President at ICS.

Andy Faulkner attended Eau Claire Memorial from 1992 to 1996. Andy then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
