Annemiek de Jong is an HR Manager at ICS Groep since April 2017, previously serving as an HR Advisor and Absenteeism Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles as a Trainer and Coach for youth hockey teams at HC Tilburg from August 2004 to July 2020, and as an HR Advisor at Stichting deBreedonk from January 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, Annemiek held HRM internship positions at Aiguille and Stichting Opmaat Tilburg in 2014 and 2013, respectively, where responsibilities included recruitment processes, organizing pension meetings, and enhancing the Personal Development Plan cycle. Annemiek completed education at Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg from 2011 to 2015 and attended Mill Hillcollege Goirle from 2007 to 2011.
