Isaac Grey began their work experience in 2010 as a CSR at 7x Communications. Isaac then joined Eventus Faction in 2013, where they started as a CSR before being promoted to Team Lead in 2015 and eventually Manager of Operations in 2017. Isaac joined iCrowdNewswire in 2020 as an Account Manager and later became the Sales Manager in January 2022.

Isaac Grey pursued higher education from 2018 to 2020 at the Virtual University of Pakistan. During this period, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
