Matt Ledeboer has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. In 2011, they started working as an Adjunct Instructor at Ridgewater College, a role that they still hold. In 2014, they transitioned to become a Police Officer at Lower Sioux Indian Community, where they worked until March 2021. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Sales Coordinator/Customer Success Representative at iCrimeFighter.

Matt Ledeboer completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Auto Body Repair and Refinishing from Ridgewater College, starting in 1994 and finishing in 1997. Matt later pursued another AAS degree from the same college, this time in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2011.
