Austin Lowry is an experienced executive with a robust background in e-commerce and customer experience strategy. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Icreon since March 2021, Lowry co-founded ChangeCX, which was acquired. Previously, Lowry held the role of Owner and CEO at TraceCX and Vice President of E-Commerce at Pierce Washington. Tenure at Mastek included positions as Vice President of Solution Consulting and Sales Director. Lowry's earlier experience spans significant roles at Oracle, ServiceMaster, AutoZone, Lokion Interactive, and FedEx Services, providing a comprehensive foundation in web solutions and technical strategy. Lowry earned a BBA in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University.
