Dan Cloutier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and portfolio management, currently serving as Portfolio Lead at ICR, Inc. since March 2020. In this role, Dan has successfully organized a new business portfolio for RF collection systems and led developments in corporate manufacturing processes. Previously at Northrop Grumman, Dan held various positions including Portfolio Manager and Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing significant revenue growth, managing teams of over 200 personnel, establishing program execution standards, and coordinating resource priorities. Dan holds an MBA from Xavier University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
