Kimberly Heath possesses extensive experience in customer care and the insurance industry, having worked in various roles since 1997. Currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at Innovative Chemical Products Group since August 2019, Kimberly previously held positions as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Robert McKenica, Allstate Insurance Company, and State Farm. Kimberly's professional journey began at Allstate as an Individual Risk Assistant, and included roles at JPMorgan Chase in risk management and asset services, as well as consumer collections at The Cadle Company. Kimberly is a licensed Property and Casualty agent, having completed education at Hondros College.
