Adam Way has a strong background in customer care and operations management. Adam currently holds the position of Director of Customer Care at Innovative Chemical Products Group, where they are responsible for leading a multi-site and multi-state team. Their main tasks include updating and harmonizing processes, leveraging technology, and realigning the organizational structure. Adam has also implemented a customer support team and order fulfillment tools to improve customer service.

Prior to their current role, Adam worked at Ashley Furniture Industries, where they held various positions, including Director of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Care. Adam Way obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hillsborough Community College in 2017.
