Marcin Franczak is an experienced hardware professional with a strong background in hardware management and engineering. Currently serving as Hardware Manager at Icotera since May 2017, Marcin's responsibilities include product specifications, hardware validation testing, and cross-department support. Previously, Marcin held roles as Hardware Coordinator and Hardware Engineer at Icotera, focusing on FTTH device design testing, EMC testing, and production support. Prior experience includes working as a Service Engineer at DGS Diagnostics A/S and a Junior System Engineer at Softline Polska Sp. z o.o. Marcin began the career in electronics at Platforma Biznesu as an electronics designer. Marcin holds an engineering degree in automation and robotics from the West Pomeranian University of Technology and a technician degree in electronics from the Technikum elektroniczne.
