Vivienne D. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the European Regional HR Director and Strategic HRBP at ICOOL NINGBO CO, LTD since April 2022. In this role, Vivienne has successfully designed and implemented HR procedures for multiple startup subsidiaries across Europe while engaging with senior management on strategic HR matters. Prior to this, Vivienne accumulated over a decade of experience at Huawei, holding various positions including Benelux Payroll Manager and HR Business Partner for the Western Europe Multi-Country, where responsibilities included managing payroll operations and overseeing HR activities across several European countries. Vivienne began a career in human resources with an internship at Europort Business School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Human Resource and Quality Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences, complemented by an exchange program at San Francisco State University.
