Ying Ying has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical systems and technical operations. Ying started their career at Eastman Kodak Company as a Software Developer, where they developed various applications and worked on project design. Ying then joined the University of Rochester as a Programming Analyst, where they designed and maintained web-based clinical data capture systems and databases. After that, they worked at Boston Children's Hospital as a Business Analyst, gathering business requirements for clinical applications and prioritizing system requirements. Ying then moved on to Health Market Science, A LexisNexis Company as a Software Developer, where they worked on web-based applications and managed provider database. Currently, they are working at ICON plc as a Principal Clinical System Designer, overseeing integration projects and providing technical guidance. Ying has also held other roles at ICON plc, including Manager of Technical Operations and CDMS Programming Lead. Throughout their career, Ying Ying has provided advanced technical support, created study documentation, and conducted training.
Ying Ying completed a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from East China Normal University in the years 1996 to 1999. Later, in the years 2001 to 2002, Ying Ying pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
