Susie McEvoy has a diverse work experience, with a focus on human resources. Susie has held various roles at ICON plc, starting as an HR Project Analyst in 2013 and progressing to Vice President, HR Business Partner in 2021. In their roles at ICON plc, Susie has been responsible for strategic talent objectives, including organizational design, reward benchmarking, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Prior to their time at ICON plc, they worked as a Resourcer at Cornwallis Elt and in recruitment at Crewlink Ireland Limited.

Susie McEvoy attended St Gerards Bray secondary school from 2002 to 2008. Susie then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science with a focus on Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In 2010 to 2011, Susie participated in an exchange program at the University of Washington, studying Arts and Humanities. Susie furthered their education at Goldsmiths, University of London, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from 2012 to 2013. Susie also obtained a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2016. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2013, and the British Psychological Society’s Occupational Testing Level A and Personality Assessment Level B in the same year.
