Shantell Green, CCDM, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of clinical data management. Shantell currently holds the position of Senior Clinical Systems Lead at ICON plc, where they are responsible for overseeing clinical systems. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Principal Clinical Data Scientist Lead at the same company.

Before joining ICON plc, Shantell worked as a Principal Lead Data Manager at PRA Health Sciences for a year. Shantell also has experience working at Syneos Health (previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Sr Project Data Manager, where they managed data management studies and participated in project reviews.

Their previous roles include Lead Data Manager at PRA Health Sciences, Senior Clinical Data Manager at Aptiv Solutions, and Clinical Data Manager at PPD, INC. Shantell also started their career as a Data Associate at Inc DataSpectrum and later worked as a Data Coordinator at PRA International.
