Ruth Lalor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at ICON plc since April 2014, where roles have included Vice President of Strategic Solutions, Business Operations, and Data and Applied Analytics. Ruth has led global process improvement initiatives, developed performance indicators, and driven cultural changes across departments. Previous positions at ICON Central Laboratories from October 2007 to March 2014 include Project Leader in Global Standards and Team Leader in Project Management, focusing on enhancing customer service and implementing project management efficiencies. Ruth holds an M.B.A. from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Diploma in International Business Studies from Dublin Business School, a PhD in Molecular Pharmaceutics from the University of East Anglia, and a B.A. in Medicinal Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin.
