Lourens Jordaan has work experience in the clinical data programming field. Lourens started their career at IQVIA in 2007 and held various roles, including Programmer: Clinical Data Programming, Programmer Analyst: Clinical Data Programming, Analyst: Clinical Data Programming, Senior Analyst: Clinical Database Programming, and Senior Software Development Analyst: Clinical Database Programming. In 2021, they joined ICON plc as a Principal Clinical System Designer.

Lourens Jordaan attended the Central University of Technology, Free State from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a N.Dip.IT degree in Software Development. In 2016, they also obtained the Medidata Rave® Certified Study Builder certification from Medidata Solutions.
