Lizzie Speir is an experienced project manager specializing in clinical trials and drug development. Currently, Lizzie holds the position of Senior Project Manager at ICON plc since January 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager II at Labcorp Drug Development and Clinical Project Manager III at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services. Lizzie has a robust background in managing complex clinical projects, including a significant Phase 3 Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease program at Syneos Health. Lizzie began their career after earning a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, complemented by a Clinical Trials Research Associate certificate from Durham Technical Community College.
