Andrew worked as a Vice President, Sales at ICON plc, where they led a team focused on building relationships and providing tailored solutions to small and emerging organizations. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Scott-Levin for four years.

Andrew Diefes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University between 1993 and 1997.
