Shay J is an experienced professional in the fields of fitness and performing arts. Currently serving as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Iconix Fitness since September 2021, Shay also maintains a long-standing role as an Actor/Model/Dancer with The Agency AZ. As a Dance Instructor at Cannedy Performing Arts Center, Shay teaches various age groups in styles including Ballet, Jazz, and Hip-hop. Additionally, as the Owner and Manager of Sass Promotional Staffing, Shay oversees promotional events and staffing solutions, while also leading Lavish Dance Company as CEO, focusing on training and performance opportunities for adult dancers. Previous experience includes Vice President of Partner Relations at Kids Golf Bank and various roles in dance instruction and choreography.
