Jessica Mason has a background in customer service and hospitality, with experience working as a Barista at various cafes and as a Customer Service Representative at VUE Cinemas and McDonald's. Currently, Jessica holds the position of Senior Community Lead at Iconic Offices. Jessica also holds a Level 6 qualification in Social Care from Liberties College, a PLC qualification in Pre-Nursing Studies from Ballyfermot College of Further Education, and is currently pursuing a PLC qualification in Special Needs Assisting at Synergy Life Long Learning.
