Ray Hezkial is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water infrastructure management, currently serving as the Managing Director at Icon Water since June 2003. Throughout a distinguished tenure, Ray has held various leadership roles including General Manager of the Infrastructure Services Group and Project Manager for the Enlarged Cotter Dam. Prior to Icon Water, Ray was employed at Tamworth Regional Council as a Senior Water Engineer and Construction Engineer. Ray holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Deakin University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Wollongong.
