Mark Mulligan is an experienced professional in workplace health, safety, and human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of People Health and Safety at Icon Water since September 2022. Prior roles include Deputy Chief People Officer for People, Safety and Wellbeing and Associate Director of the Work Environment Group at The Australian National University from October 2018 to October 2022, as well as a Safety, Environment and HR Consultant at MA & SE Mulligan from November 2012 to October 2022. Earlier, Mark held the position of Executive Manager of HR and Safety at Essential Energy from April 2011 to November 2012. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Charles Sturt University and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from First Choice Training, with a specialization in workplace health and safety problem solving and program development.
