Tim McDonough has over 30 years of experience in marketing and brand development. Tim most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing at Icon Protection, where they led a multi-functional marketing team and developed a comprehensive marketing strategy. Prior to that, Tim held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Innovation at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. Tim also has extensive experience in the plumbing industry, having served as the Vice President of Global Brand Marketing at Fortune Brands Water Innovations and Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development at Moen Incorporated. Tim's career began at Meldrum & Fewsmith Advertising as a Market Research Analyst. Tim has also held product management roles at Sealy, Inc. and Mr. Coffee. Throughout their career, Tim has been recognized for their accomplishments and received the Sherwin-Williams 2023 Marketing Innovator Award.
Tim McDonough completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Kent State University, graduating in 1991. Tim then went on to earn their MBA from Baldwin Wallace University between 1995 and 1997.
