Ellen Perkins is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in managing high-end residential communities and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as General Manager at The Colony at Pelican Landing Foundation since March 2021, Ellen oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a community with 1,077 residences. Ellen has held similar positions at ICON Management Services, Inc. and The Bay Club At The Colony, where responsibilities included community association management and operational oversight, achieving significant food and beverage sales milestones.
