Kathy has worked with various organizations, leading lean and agile transformations, coaching teams, and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Their expertise spans across industries like financial services, insurance, retail, software development, and more.

Kathy Marshak earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from DePauw University in 1989. Kathy also holds multiple certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including SAFe Fellow, Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), Certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC), and Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant-T.
