Andrzej Miazek has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving in an engineering role at Icomera US since September 2016. Prior to this, Andrzej held multiple positions at Ericsson from 1996 to 2016, including Customer Project Manager III, where key achievements included leading major radio swap projects across several Southern U.S. states and facilitating the deployment of 3G and 4G networks. Earlier roles included significant responsibilities in Saudi Arabia as Head of NRO Access & Transport, managing business strategy and efficiency improvements within the department. Andrzej began the career at Alcatel-Lucent as an SDH/PDH Tester and underwent technical management training at Nestlé. Andrzej holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Gdynia Maritime University and an Executive MBA from the French Institute in Warsaw.
