Rosalinda Paredes, PhD, is a City Governance Coordinator for Tagbilaran City at ICMA. With a background in Psychology, Rosalinda has worked as a City Program Coordinator at LBG Philippines and as a Consultant and Provincial Coordinator for the PRMF at the Australian Agency for International Development. Rosalinda holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Bohol.
