Digital Multimedia Manager at Mission Square Retirement

Derrick Kelly has a diverse background in multimedia production and videography. Derrick started their career at Waganer Digital Video in 2004 as a Camera Operator/Editor, where they worked on over 200 news and informative programs for Comcast Communications. Derrick then moved on to freelance videography in 2009, where they produced promotional videos for local businesses and non-profits in the Baltimore/Washington DC region. During this time, they also served as a videographer for high profile functions and weddings. In the same year, they joined CommPartners, LLC as a Multimedia Producer, where they produced live web broadcasts and video-based educational modules for client websites. Derrick collected requirements from clients and ensured that each project met their specific needs. In 2014, they joined MissionSquare Retirement as a Digital Multimedia Manager, overseeing the production of educational, promotional, and training videos for the company website, social media, and major clients. Derrick managed production contractors, ensured videos aligned with the organization's branding standards and mission, and managed the budget for the video production department.

Derrick Kelly's education history includes attending the University of Baltimore, where they did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, they enrolled at Carroll Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Multimedia Design.
