Stephen Adams has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Stephen began their career in 2008 as a Residential Counselor at Serv Behavioral Health Systems, where they worked until 2016. Stephen then transitioned to the automotive industry and worked as a Sales Consultant at Honda Universe from 2016 to 2017. Following this, they moved to The UPS Store and served as an Assistant Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Achieve3000 as a Customer Support representative for a brief period of two months. Stephen then moved to Commvault, where they worked as a Customer Support Engineer from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at iCIMS as a Customer Success Manager, starting in March 2021.

Stephen Adams has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Psychology from Brookdale Community College, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen has obtained several certifications. In June 2018, they received an A+ certification from CompTIA. In August 2018, they completed several courses through Coursera, including "IT Security: Defense Against the Digital Dark Arts," "System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services," "Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization," "Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User," "Technical Support Fundamentals," and "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking." Lastly, in April 2021, they obtained certifications in "De-Escalating Intense Situations" and "Efficient Time Management" from LinkedIn.
