Pete Rizzuto has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Pete began their career as a Product Engineer at IBM from 1989 to 1991. Pete then worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University from 1991 to 1993, where they taught undergraduate recitation classes and engaged in software research and development.

Rizzuto joined Jersey Cow Software in 1993 as a Lead Developer and later became the Technical Director. During their time there, they led development teams for award-winning consumer software products and designed educational software titles. Pete utilized C++, Objective C, VB, and Assembly for development.

In 1999, Rizzuto founded Mingles.com, an online dating and social community platform. Pete served as the President and coded all of Mingles' features in C# and Java. The platform achieved significant success before its acquisition in 2005.

From 2005 to 2016, Rizzuto worked at Education Dynamics in various roles. Pete started as a Web Developer and built the lead delivery engine for eLearners.com. Pete then became the Director of Software Development and later the Sr. Director of Software Development and Platform Architecture. In these roles, they led and mentored teams, developed web apps and marketing tools, and implemented a cloud migration strategy.

Rizzuto joined Blitterbit, LLC in 2016 as the Founder and Game Developer. Pete designed, developed, and published the iOS game "Manix" using Swift. Pete also worked as an Application Developer at Rutgers University in 2018.

Currently, Rizzuto is working at iCIMS since 2019. Pete started as a Sr. Software Engineer and is now a Principal Software Engineer. Pete has been involved in full-stack development, building new enterprise features for the iCIMS Talent Cloud SAAS platform using Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, JavaScript, Postgres, and AWS.

Pete Rizzuto holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. Prior to their Master's degree, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
