Michael Souza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career in 2010 as a Fan Development Manager at the New Jersey Devils, where they focused on building relationships with fans and supporting growth initiatives with local businesses. In 2012, they worked as an Account Specialist at Sapphire Office Solutions. From 2013 to 2014, Michael served as a Business Development Manager and later as Division Manager - Client Services at IBISWorld, specializing in working with top companies and managing a significant book of business. Michael then joined the Prudential Center & New Jersey Devils as a Manager, Premium Partnerships from 2014 to 2016. Michael further expanded their experience as the Director of Business Development at Captain, LLC, a Creative Agency, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their current position, they held the role of Account Executive at Talon Professional Services in 2018. Since 2018, Michael has been working at iCIMS, starting as a Recruitment Strategy Analyst before being promoted to Commercial Account Manager and eventually Senior Account Manager.

Michael Souza completed their education from 2005 to 2010. Michael obtained their Associates Degree in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Marketing at the New York Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
