Michael Heath has a diverse work experience in the software development and web development fields. Michael began their career as a Web Developer at WalkerTek Interactive Marketing in 2005, where they worked on daily updates and eventually optimized and improved client websites. In 2010, they joined Oxygen Media as a php/web developer, overseeing website updates and implementing editorial requests. Michael also worked heavily with Drupal 6, custom themes, and module implementation. In the same year, they started working at iCIMS as an Interactive Marketing Specialist/Webmaster, where they served as the lead technical resource for the marketing department, utilizing technologies such as PHP, Drupal 7, WHM, cPanel, and more. Michael later became a Developer Supervisor in the Interactive Design & Development Team and eventually transitioned into the role of a Software Developer, focusing on stability and migration projects. Michael's most recent position at iCIMS is Principal Software Engineer, which they currently hold. Outside of their full-time roles, they have also freelanced as a Web Developer and Consultant, specializing in WordPress application customization and front-end design.
