Megan McDonough has a strong background in sales and account management. Megan joined iCIMS in 2015 and held various roles within the company. Starting as a Data Integrity Specialist, they quickly moved up to become an Inside Sales Representative in both the Majors and Enterprise segments. In these positions, Megan consistently exceeded quotas and demonstrated exceptional sales skills. Megan then transitioned to become an Account Executive, where they consulted with employers and demonstrated the benefits of iCIMS' hiring solutions. Megan was promoted to Senior Enterprise Account Executive and later became a Principal Enterprise Account Executive. Throughout their time at iCIMS, they consistently helped companies streamline their recruiting processes and achieve their recruitment goals.

Before joining iCIMS, Megan gained experience in communications and public relations.
