Aritra Mukherjee is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for Karnataka at ICICIDirect since September 2024. Prior to this role, Aritra spent nearly two years at BetterPlace, holding positions such as Senior Executive in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resource Strategy, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting HR project management initiatives. Aritra also worked as a Human Resources Project Manager at Unacademy and began a career as a Software Test Engineer at Infosys. Aritra holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
