Neelasree Deb is an accomplished actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Shareholder Reporting and Business Planning at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited since May 2015. Previously, Neelasree held senior leadership roles in statutory valuation, solvency reporting, product pricing, and reinsurance at both ICICI Prudential and HDFC Standard Life Insurance. Neelasree began the career at Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Co. Ltd., contributing significantly to statutory valuation and shareholder reporting. Neelasree holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI).
