Terry Wilburn has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the naval maintenance and planning sector. Currently serving as the East Coast LHD Platform Engineer at ICI Services Corporation since May 2018, Terry is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for LHD class ships, coordinating with Port Engineers and Technical Warrant Holders at the SURFMEPP program. Prior to this role, Terry worked as a Project Engineering and Planning Manager at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and served as a Senior Analyst/Life Cycle Engineer at Imagine One Technology & Management, focusing on life cycle maintenance support for aircraft carriers. Terry's career also includes a role as Program Manager at Q.E.D. Systems, Inc., and significant experience at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in various engineering capacities from 2000 to 2015.
