Michael Reed, PMP, currently serves as Operations Center Manager at ICI Services, a position held since May 2013, focusing on engineering, technical, and training support for USG Program Offices, particularly in the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) sector. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, overseeing consulting assignments for federal clients and managing training programs, specifically for the NAVSEA client in the Middle East. Michael's career began in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, followed by roles as a Systems Analyst at ProSoft and a Computer Science Instructor at Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Michael holds a Master of Science in Computer Resource Management and Information Systems from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
