Sumit Gupta is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in program and project management, currently serving as Director of IT Program Management at ICF since July 2012. Prior roles at ICF include Associate Director of Project Management, Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Team Lead, and Lead Open Source Developer. Prior to ICF, Sumit Gupta worked at MSCI Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, and at The Bivings Group, LLC as a Software Engineer. Early career experiences include positions as an Application & Database Developer Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland, a Technical Intern at Conservation International, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland. Sumit Gupta holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
