Michael Lenett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts, administration, and legal counsel. Currently serving as Vice President of Contracts & Administration at ICF since August 2020, Michael has previously held significant roles, including Senior Manager of Commercial Contracts at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2011 to August 2020, and Consultant at MBO Partners for a brief period in early 2011. Notably, Michael served as a State Senator in the Maryland General Assembly from January 2007 to January 2011, and held various legal positions within prestigious organizations such as the United States Senate Judiciary Committee and the United States Securities & Exchange Commission. Michael's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor, and a Master’s Degree in American Government from Georgetown University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies and Legal Studies from Brandeis University.
