Matthew Strobl is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and analytics across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at ICF since October 2022, Strobl previously held the position of Vice President, Strategy, Data and Analytic Solutions at Abt Associates from December 2020 to August 2022, where leadership focused on strategic planning, execution, and innovation. Between August 2006 and December 2020, Strobl contributed to RTI International, first as Head of Strategy and Innovation and then as Director of Strategic Growth, emphasizing strategy development, market intelligence, and operational assessments. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Research at Pan Atlantic SMS Group and Research Assistant at Boston University School of Public Health. Strobl holds an M.B.A. from East Carolina University, a Master's in Psychology from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Colby College.
