Lawrence Garland is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Director with a robust background in recruitment, currently leading talent acquisition efforts for ICF in Europe and Asia since April 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Partner in Talent Acquisition at Atkins, where Lawrence contributed to the recruitment management of a £375m+ turnover business in the Transportation division. Previous positions include roles at Amec Foster Wheeler, BAE Systems, Tesco, Juice Resource Solutions, and ATA Selection, highlighting extensive expertise in various sectors including transportation, oil and gas, and retail. Lawrence holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from the University of Southampton and a CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management.
