Gurdeep Singh Sayal is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of IT Solutions at ICF since March 2022, Gurdeep specializes in digital transformation and modernization efforts for public sector clients, particularly the National Institutes of Health (NIH), while also acting as a trusted advisor. As the Founder and President of CyberLink LLC, established in 1995, Gurdeep has led an information technology consulting firm based in Maryland. Prior to these roles, Gurdeep spent over 26 years as a Senior Systems Architect/Technical Lead at the NIH, where responsibilities included architecture, design, and oversight of various enterprise applications. Gurdeep's early career includes a position as a Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Power, focusing on design systems for boiler and related equipment. Gurdeep holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Computer-Aided Design from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
