Gerald Smith has extensive experience in cybersecurity and technical roles, currently serving as the Cyber Protect Team Lead at ICF since August 2016. Prior to this, Gerald held positions as a Computer Hardware Technician at Mission Critical Solutions since June 2014, and as a Systems Administrator at TWD & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included managing installations of Windows servers and networking equipment per Department of Homeland Security regulations. Additional roles include serving as HSIN Desk Officer at ManTech, Communications Watch Officer at Morgan Franklin, Project Manager at Tech Systems Inc., and Signal Supervisor at the White House Communications Agency. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from Strayer University, completed between 2008 and 2012.
