Christine Walrath serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Science Officer at ICF, where oversight includes the planning and development of public health and social science research and evaluation capabilities. Walrath's extensive experience spans several leadership positions, directing research and evaluation for diverse public health programs, managing substantial budgets and teams, and contributing as an adjunct professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, teaching graduate-level courses. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Community Social Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Master of Health Science in Public Mental Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BA in Psychology from Temple University.
